LebCo PASR Scholarships
2013
Eligible Schools for $1000 Scholarship:
Scholarships for Education Majors
The Lebanon County Chapter
of the Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees will offer a $1,000
scholarship to a high school senior at Annville-
Cleona and one to a high school senior at Palmyra
Area High Schools.
The scholarships, available
to students who are planning a career in education, rotate among the six public
schools in Lebanon County. The award
is given at the Chapters June Luncheon, and is paid to the student at
the beginning of the second college year.
Awards will be based on
scholarship, leadership, and need. Submission
deadline is April 1, 2013.

receive an application from their high school guidance counselors or by e-mail:

Education Support Grants
Three $300 Education
Support Grants are available to any Lebanon County public school employee,
including the Career & Technology School, who contribute to PSERS (teachers,
librarians, nurses, secretaries, cafeteria workers, custodians, or
administrators). The funds are for a
project that would enhance and/or advance educational opportunities for the
students, and would otherwise not be funded.
The grants are given by the
Lebanon County Chapter of the Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees.

regulations are in place. The maximum annual income limit
will probably be somewhere between $35,000.00 and $40,000.00.
